Introducing our Wedding Day of Coordinator…

A wedding coordinator is there to ensure your day is a little less stressful. Providing assistant the day of to ensure details are arranged and your time planning is executed while you enjoy and focus on the most important day of your life.


First Meeting
In Depth Consultation for Planning

  • Review of your ideas and visions

  • Venue insight, advise and comparisons

  • Share our creative ideas

  • Customized task list provided after meeting

Final Planning Meeting
Review of Overall Plan

  • Review of all contracts with vendors and finalized vendor list

  • Detailed timeline and floor plan

  • Discuss wedding ceremony, design and style, as well as musical selections.

  • Discuss who will perform each tasks in ceremony (Bridesmaids, groomsmen, Mothers, Fathers, etc)

  • Design the line-up and execution of the ceremony

Wedding Rehearsal

  • Wedding attendant will attend rehearsal for 2 hours.

  • Direct rehearsal flow, advice and coordinate and suggest ceremony details. Will ensure officiant follows all wishes for traditional and non-traditional ceremony elements.

  • Discuss responsibilities of the wedding party with each member.

  • Transport items from rehearsal to reception.

Wedding Day

  • Attendant arrives 5 hours prior to ceremony

  • Direct each member of party for pre-ceremony pictures and after ceremony pictures

  • Oversee vendor arrival/main point of contact for vendors

  • Direct ceremony and reception flow

  • Deliver snacks and beverages to wedding party (paid for by client)

  • Handle any discrepancies, last minute details, bridal party issues, etc.

  • Safe keeping of wedding certificate, cards, and important belongings.

  • Provide assistant to Photography for all needed photos.
