Oh happy day!!! Where we come together to help show the love and support to this family that has helped out for so many others! I prematurely shared this video on my Facebook side, but I need to have it on my blog. This family is loved by so many…..and many that were not even able to attend this. This literally unfolded in just over 24 hours. Including the borrowing of the bucket truck!! That’s right….it’s all about the angle ;)

Many thanks for all the love, support, prayer and outreach that allowed for this event to happen. Most importantly we Thank You Lord for granting us a break in the weather. Enjoy a tour of our meet--up last evening for a beautiful man sleeping to heal. <3

Such a pleasure to capture this for them!

It's Grad Time for Sean

Most relaxing session….is the best to describe this session. To venture around the downtown area and discover more art in the city was the greatest experience with this grad. Sean is getting ready to tackle college and looking forward to the Engineering field! Since my husband is an engineer, this made for an easy conversation while we had our hour capture time. Very excited to launch this gallery in the coming week. Enjoy a few sneak peeks for this grad! Thank you for choosing RLH to capture this milestone! May God Bless your future Sean!

Shayla's Senior Year

Excited to share a few sneak peeks from this beauty’s session. Fall is already two seasons away, but how the time flies to the finish line. Graduation is right around the corner now. Thank YOU Shayla for choosing our studio to capture this milestone in your life. May the Lord bless you with an abundant future.

Springin' with Family

We’d like to give a warm welcome to our newest family visit to the studio! It was a pleasure capturing a quick mini for this family. These boys warmed my soul! Enjoy this sneak peek of a few for now. Gallery is about to launch.

A Walk with Riverside

YES!! Even though our blog has been rather quiet….we are working a TON behind the scenes on several projects. It’s exciting and the more and more businesses we partner up with, the more fascinated we become and thrilled to see what the future holds. For now, I’d like to introduce back to our portfolio: Riverside Engineering. This is a company based out of San Antonio, Texas that specializes in MegaShredders!

They were seeking updated stock photography for a brochure this years 2019 convention. It was a pleasure to get created and help them look their best. Thank You Riverside for partnering up with us. Enjoy these few captures and check on Instagram for a few more.

First Wedding of the Year

And it came so fast!! We are so blessed to have the opportunity to capture these moments in our community. The story behind this engagement is priceless….and even made the radio! Now they get to spend the rest of their days making adventures happen and live life to the fullest as husband and wife.

For now, I’d like to share with my followers my first storyboard of a wedding day with Jim & Karen. Enjoy!

As they get ready…

To their first look…..oh how they doted over one another.

Then it was time to capture some of their first moments together as they anticipated the arrival of their guests. Enjoy a few of our favorites.

Now let us introduce this fantastic wedding party! Their love for children is beyond and they included that in their wedding. It was one of the best wedding parties we’ve had yet!! They all looked so grown up and acted the part too! We are so proud of all you munchkins, especially the Maid of Honor and Best Man ;) (Just picking).

Then it’s showtime….and the ceremony begins. As Karen’s Mother walks her down…even though they had their first look, Jim is still so caught up in the feelings of emotion. I’ve seen this several times at weddings that choose the first look. There is so much energy once the room is filled with all those that you love….the emotions are there regardless. These are priceless moments that will forever be in your hearts.

During this ceremony, we got to witness something different. Instead of a candle, sand, tying a knot, etc….they joined soil into the base of this tree and then watered it as we need to do in our marriages. Now this can be planted and they can watch it grow with their love for years to come. I was filled with sooo much joy to witness this part! As a lover of nature, this warmed my soul.

We’ll save the kiss for them….so now, we’ll jump straight into the party! With face painting, balloon artist, a PhotoBooth, square dancing, taking a trip in a combine on the dance floor, dollar dash with the kiddos collecting and soooo much more. This was one of the best weddings we’ve captured yet! And did I mention, they just planned this a few months ago? Enjoy some of these moments below.

And the toast of course…..not to worry, they had sparkling apple juice and thought they were BIG TIME!!

We hope you enjoyed the story of your day. I’m sure your get-away is much needed and well deserved! Special Thanks to all the families for all help you gave to pull off one amazing day! Be sure to watch Instagram for other moments not shared here over the course of the next few weeks while their gallery is being created.

Thank you Jim & Karen for including us in one of the biggest days of your life. We are forever grateful….My cupeth runs over.
